Obstacles of the Trainee

....Once and foremost a lot of barriers encountered by the trainers. The following are stated below:
1. The school principal always not around when we are visiting in his office.
2. All faculty and staff in that school are so busy.
3. There are times that were waiting for nothing.
4. For us they don't have interest of our training.
5. The schedule of the fourth year students and our schedule for training are conflicting.

Even though we encountered those barriers, we are so thankful that we conducted a successful training.
